Theft Description

Stolen from outside the house on Leeds ring road between Rounday and Moortown. It had been locked to metal railings just outside the front door and the railings had been cut and the bike taken with the lock on.  At 10:30pm there was a knock on the front door but when I opened it there was no one there- we believe they may have been seeing if anyone/ who was home before taking the bike as my partner was on a night shift and I (26, F) was home alone.
