Bike Description

Whyte 901 (2015). Silver. Small frame, black studded pedals. Many components changed therefore no longer original (I have receipts for all the parts if required for ID). Light scratches on the frame, one deeper small scratch on the top tube. Alpine Bikes sticker on the frame. Brand new tyres. Very scratched and tired-looking blue-metal part at the top of the suspension fork. Very high sentimental value

Theft Description

Bike was locked in the secured communal bike storage area of the block of flats I live in. Two “gold level” D-locks, one locking the back wheel to the frame, the other (Abus Granit X-Plus 540) securing the frame to the bike hoop. Front wheel secured with a sturdy cable. Thieves must have targeted the bike specifically because other bikes were left alone. No sign of the locks either and they must have cut through them as the cable was left behind uncut
