Theft Description

17/20 years old, black, short hair, dark green jacket with hood, loose sport trousers. I believe he was part of organised crime as e was talking with two friends (a black guy and a white girl, similar age) just before the attack who were playing basketball as they all cleared off together. They seemed local.
