Bike Description
Has a 4-digit code combination lock already attached, and a purple tag saying "E20" (to identify that it was part of the East Village in Stratford, London). Also has a waterbottle stand with an empty grey bottle on it (the bottle might have been removed).Theft Description
Either the lock was cut through or they somehow cracked the code. CCTV being looked into.
