the bike was padlocked to a U frame outside Tucker French plumbers merchants in Durnsord Rd Wimbledon Park. A thief walked up and pulled bolt cutters out of his bag and cut the padlock. it happened in broad daylight at 3pm as children were leaving their primary school and the café next door was full of people
