Theft Description

Stolen just outside the building. A Kryptonite Mini-Evo D-lock with cable locked to the bike racks next to the main pedestrian crossing to King Street. Upon returning, the cable was cut but lock intact. The bike was brand new, so its "shininess" might have made it a shiny object, but given the rack is next to the pedestrian crossing, one would have thought that was less risky to park it there..
