Bike Description

My daughters bike is a white and pink 24inch vintage style bicycle with yellow flowers printed on the frame .. the bike also has a brown plastic wicker style basket on the front of the bike with brown handles and a brown seat .... to show that the bike is ours the panniers rack is tied down by a white cable tie because it made to much noise whilst she would ride it...   please help we bought my daughter the bicycle for her 9th birthday she is deeply hurt.
