Bike Description

I got this bike about 3 weeks, so I am not sure about the brand name. It wasn't important for me to check I used for work. Also when I bought the bike and I asked the owner to write the serial number on a paper the third number isn't clear is if a 3 or other number. Just impossible to read clearly. The bike is dark red with a rear pannier rack.
