Bike Description

TREK - Series 6 (Alpha Aluminium) 6500 TRT Bontrager. Black Bontrager quick release race seat. Rockshox suspension. Distinctive silver bullet shaped tyre caps with metallic blue stripe at the base. Bontrager tyres. Shimano gears and crank.

Theft Description

The bike was stolen from a communal close in the Queens Park area of Glasgow. The street door was forced with crowbar/tool. The thief/thieves used bolt cutters to remove the lock securing the bike to the cast iron balustrade. Two other bikes were ignored. This must have been a targeted attack. Friends have reported the arrest of a suspect two blocks away at approximately 1:30am. The theft took place sometime between 21:00 (15/10/20) and 08:00 (16/10/20).
