bike had a black framebag filling the whole triangle and a top tube bag with "wildman" brand. Tyres are distinct black with white sidewalls.Theft Description
Recorded on hospital cctv, Bike was locked inside a locked garden at 09.35. A short balck man in a grey overall jogging suit with hoodie on was surveing the area for 20 minutes trying to jump the fence. Another man taller with a dark blue jacket helped him to lift it over the fence from the locked garden. The first smaller man pushed the bike away out of camera range. A hospital search was made but the grounds area is very large.
