This electric bicycle was locked to railings around a shopping trolley pen in the middle of B&Q car park in Marshall Lake retail park, Solihull. Both the bike and the plastic coated cable lock were gone when I came out of B&Q. I still have the detachable Bionx computer, battery charger and battery release key, so the electrics are of little use.
