Theft Description

Stolen by cutting through the lock on the bike - attached to a lamppost- outside Orla Keily on Monmouth St, Covent Garden yesterday morning at approx. 8.09. The thief was wearing a yellow high-vis helmet and had a ruck-sack on his back-he looked like a cyclist! I didn't see his face!
