Theft Description

The thief, gained entrance to underground secure parking of the complex by unscrewing a grill, they then dropped to the floor roughly 10ft, they cut a hole in the mesh bike cage, then cut the locks securing the bike to the rack.  they then exited the parking by opening the roller shutter of the main entrance.  This all occurred at 4-30pm
