Left it outside Cooop for 20 secs when quickly grabbing milk. Not locked. A 16/17yr old white nale with black puffer jacket, black jeans, grey and black trainers, grade 2 hair, slightly build came and took it and ran off round the corner. CCTV clearly shows him.
