Theft Description

What looked like a young man, with a helmet, face mask and scarf obscuring his face, arrived at 10.30am on the 2nd July, 2019 outside 15 marylebone road where I work. After having a look around for 7 minutes, he then took an angle grinder out of his bag, next to a busy road and sawed through my d-lock. He put the broken d-lock and my helmet in his bag, attached the front wheel and rode away
