Theft Description

Stolen from University of Westminster Sports Ground in Chiswick at around 19:24.  CCTV shows three white youths scoping out the bike racking area, one in a royal blue jacket riding an electric scooter, one in dark clothing on a reddish bike, the third in dark clothing on a lime green bike.  The in the royal blue jacket returns a short while later on foot, quickly cuts the bike lock and rides off on the bike.
