Theft Description

My bike (and at least one other bike) has been stolen from my property between 3:15 and 4:00 AM on Monday 9th of January 2023. Context I live in a block of flats that has access onto the street at leve 0. There is a front door, openable by pin code. The bike storage, also openable by pin code is located at level -1 in a bike cage (capacity +10 bikes). Events There is CCTV evidence showing 2+ thieves entering the property around 3:15 AM on Monday 9th of January 2023 through the front door that appeared to be left open/not shutting properly. The thieves brought in cable cutters and other tools, went down the stairs. Unfortunately, there is no camera near the bike store. However, upon physical inspection of the bike cage later on Monday 9th of January 2023, I observed clearly that the cage door (made of a heavy-duty metallic grid) had been snapped open. At around 3:50 AM, I see the thieves walking out with my bike and another.
