It was locked on the ground floor of the flat onto the stair railing. They sawed the metal railing off, and left it on the floor next to it. I noticed it still locked up at 6.30am. But my husband noticed it was gone at 6pm. We didn't hear anything throughout the day, nor did the neighbour living on the ground floor.
