Theft Description

The man rode in on a Boris Bike at 10:50 on 4th February, takes a look at the bike racks and rides off. Later that same day, at 13:08 walks in, has a go at the bike but a lady comes over on the phone, so at 13:17 he walks out the gate. At 13:24 he returns and rides off on my bike, which is clearly distinguishable by the handlebars, hole in the seat, lack of wheel cover, and overall shape.
