Bike Description
This is a 2015 Trek 1.2 in very good condition. There are a few paint chips including a large one on the top tube where the silver part of the paintwork is and scuffing on the head tube where the cable rubs against the frame. The saddle is black and I think made by specialised. It has white bar tape, the original B0ntrager black wheelset (with some blue decal detailing). On the front wheel is a 700x23c Continental tyre and on the rear is a 700x28c Continental Four Seasons tyre. The brake callipers were upgraded from the standard to Shimano 105 callipers and they have clay coloured brake pads on them. The cable housing for the gears and brakes is white. The pedals are silver metal and are double sided with SPD fittings on one side and flat the other. NB. The tyres in the attached images are not the tyres that were on the bike when stolen. Both tyres on the bike were black Continental tyres when the bike was stolen.Theft Description
The bike was taken by a man who befriended myself and a party of friends on the east side of Hampstead Heath on Sunday evening. I had previously seen the man in Camden days earlier so assume he is staying in that area and possibly now riding the bike around in that area of London. He rode off on the bike at around 1am on the 20th, Monday morning. He is a white male with short hair and around 6ft tall.
