Theft Description

Two bikes (the Men's Tokyobike and a boys Carrera Abyss) were stationed under lock across from the Ironmonger Baths Leisure Centre on Norman Street.  We went in for a swim and came out a few hours later - the bikes were missing and the lock had been mangled, cut and broken.  We reported the crime to the police; the personnel at the Leisure Centre told us that there were multiple thefts at the bike station, but that the area did not technically belong to them (it is on the city park territory and they do not have CCTV on that area.
