Eight gears. Folding bike. Dark grey. Newly fitted Clarks Elite brake pads (grey/black/red) on rear wheel. Noticeably scratched section on handlebar under detachable black front light. Reflectors on wheel spokes.Theft Description
Bike left chained to railings outside Radcliffe Camera in central Oxford at 9.15am. Warm day, lots of tourists around. Bike and lock gone when I returned at 5pm.
