Tall frame single speed Surly Straggler with identifiable chrome handlebars. At time of theft other parts to note are that the Tortec pannier is connected to the bike at the bottom with hand-fashioned metal parts and that seat post was fixed with an unsightly large washer and a philips-head M6 nut. Seat is very weather-blistered.
