Theft Description

Stolen in front of Victoria & Albert Museum, Cromwell Rd. Attached to bike stand with two locks, one of them heavy duty 10 mm hiplok chain Gold standard. they must have used an electrical grinder. It is also very well possible that the locks have been picked. One guy sits there, waiting for an expensive bike to arrive. He turns away as soon as you start locking your bike, so you don't remember him. He calls his accomplice with details of lock.  Then he's on the lookout to warn his accomplice as soon as you come out again.
