My daughter rode her bike past chip shop on Chadwell Road New Parks Leicester. She put it on front garden grass but couldn't get in home . So she sat at the side of the house . Someone must of snuck into.the garden from next door property .And took the bike . So someone must of been either following/watching her .There are Council cameras tight near our house.But I don't no how long b4 police will even bother to look at them. <p style="text-align: left;"></p>
