Locked bike opposite The Captain Kidd pub in Wapping. Locked onto railings of New Tower Building (E1W 2PD). Theft took place between the hours of 18:10 and 20:00 on 15/01/23. CCTV cameras from neighbouring building of pub, St. John's Wharf could have caught footage of the theft.
