Stolen from Ocean Retail Park in Portsmouth on 1st Jan 2023 at 15:30. Thief cut through security and stole the bike off the bike rack on our campervan. Rode off on the bike with knife/shears in his left hand. Late teens / early twenties, skinny, white. Believed to be with 3 other younger boys. Video taken by witness doesn’t clearly identify face. Still waiting for more footage. Any help would be very much appreciated and reward if found.
