Bike Description
The bike is a 2015 Specialized Rockhopper Comp in white 29' wheels and XL frame.
It has been fitted with cyclecross wheels/tyres ("Rocket" front, "Crosser" rear) and has had the front chain rings changed. It's unique because of these modifications so should be easy to spot.
Theft Description
Bike was locked at bike rack outside Sainsbury's at EH11 2QY. It was stolen, lock and all, at around 2:05pm on Thur 5th Oct 2017. The description from an eye witness of the criminal is that he is white, wearing a dark top and grey tracksuit bottoms. Teenage although shorter than normal. Scruffy dark brown hair. The witness said that the lock was forced by the thief and they cycled off on the bike in an Easterly direction along Gorgie Road.
