Bike Description
14/15" frame, 26" wheels. Black frame with yellow writing. Front forks replaced by Yellow Manitou Spyder front suspension (red and black logo) Flourescent yellow Magura Raceline brakes & levers. Shimano, possibly XTR Derailleur Red handlebar grips - possibly Club Roost but might be new just plain Halfords ones as I'm not sure if my son changed them or not. Images provided are from Google and are only a depiction of the bike stolen, frame size and condition is different - ours is smaller and with little to no rust as never been left outside or in a shed.Theft Description
<ol> <li>Stolen from bike racks outside vodafone in Clacton town centre. Pre-teen son was sitting on a bench in town centre facing the bikes while they ate their food. Naively he didn't lock the bike up as he was sat only a few feet away but as he got up to put his rubbish in the bin he was distracted for a few moments and a local towny just got on and rode away. (We know this from witness accounts, who didn't realise it was a theft occuring at the time but remember seeing the distinctive colouring and an adult male get on the bike) CCTV still being chased, but direction of travel is most likely down West Avenue as several shops have confirmed it didn't travel past them on pier avenue. <p style="text-align: center;">The bike is old, but it's sentimental to us - it originally belonged to my late father and was involved in most of my own childhood memories of holidays and days out so of course my son and I are devastated to have lost it.</p>
