Bike Description

Bike stolen on between 00:00 and 07:00 on sunday 27th August 2017. The bike has been through a bit of a beating over the past year that I have had it and has one or 2 bent spokes on the back wheel. It has a small scratch on the left hand side of the top bar. The bell is covered in scratches. It has a front mud guard but does not have a back guard. It also has shimano clip in pedals.   I will pay £100 for someone to locate my bike and a further £100 for the name and address of the person(s) who stole it. The bike was chained up outside my flat inside a private carpark. The bike was double locked with a Kryptonite lock and an old battered oxford lock. The person(s) must have had a hydraulic lock cutter because noone in our flats heard anything (only 8 flats in the block and all very trustworthy people)
