Theft Description

My vehicle was parked in the following location:

Outside the Solaris Centre on South Promenade in Blackpool. This was in the last parking bay before the zebra crossing on the north bound side of the road. https://goo.gl/maps/7znknPsvxFv

We parked up at around 3.30pm and returned around 6.00pm but did not return to the vehicle during this time so cannot narrow the time window any further than these two and a half hours.

The bicycles were double locked on rear of the vehicle, using the locking cycle rack clamps (which appear to have been prised open as a couple of these are damaged) plus a supplementary thick gauge cable lock, which has had the cable cut (which would need to be bolt cutters or similar in my opinion since heavy gauge). So seems to me like stolen with tools, rather than just say an opportunistic theft by local kids or similar.
