My bike was taken from the lobby/stairs area of my flat, where I lock it to the stair railings with a number lock. Today my flatmate noticed it was gone with the lock still hanging on the railing. The lock has evidently been cut with some form of tool and my bike is nowhere to be seen. You have to get access through 2 locked doors before you can get to this area of the building.
