Bike Description
Bike is a dark blue Specialized hybrid bike stolen from Kingston market place on 2nd August 2019. Bike looks like pic below. It has/had a bell on it with a broken spring coming out of it, and has/had a light on the handlebars. Some scratches on the frame.Theft Description
At some point during the late afternoon of 2nd August a group of 'young people' went over to the bike rack and stole the bike, which was witnessed by nearby staff and reported it on the radio. They cycled in the direction of Portsmouth Road/Surbiton, going past Kingston Police Station.
