Bike was left chained to a tall street sign on the corner of Lewis Rd and Church Rd in Mitcham at 19:05. When I returned at 19:20 the bike was gone. Either the lock was broken (although it was a quality lock) or the bike was lifted over the street sign - in that case someone would have been carrying the bike away with the front wheel still locked to the frame.
