Bike Description

My bike was stolen this morning 19th July from my house at SW21HP- Brixton Hill at around 9:30am. One man stole 3 bikes from out building. We recovered one but there are 2 missing. I’m attaching a picture of the man who stole it; he was pictured selling it to a woman. The bike shown in the image has been recovered but the others were not. I’m looking for the Black Romet orkan one. It’s black with orange writing. Please let me know if anyone saw this.
