Theft Description

stolen from outside the Artillery Arms, in Barbican, EC1 I was watching my bike chained to a railing while I was sat in a pub. In the minute I was looking away from the window, they had replaced the bike with a bike that looks very similar to mine so I didn’t think to immediately check it. A minute later I decided to go check and low and behold they’d stolen the bike and the lock. Someone sketchy came to collect the replacement bike moments later and was strange and was obviously part of the scheme.
