Reebok road bicycle with blue and silver frame , drop handlebars with grip coming off. Please see attached photographs.Theft Description
These bicycles were locked with a D-lock to a post. There was a sign fixed to the top of the post. The sign was removed and the bicycles were lifted over the post.
