Bike Description

This bike is a two tone blue bike, with drop down black handles and a black seat. There are spots of rust on the wheels and the darker blue paint is chipped by the handles particularly on the right side. The pedals are shiny silver and missing all but I think one of the reflectors. Two levers to change the gears, no mudguard, stand or bag rack. Four brake levers. the seat has a small hole in on the right at the back.
