Bike Description

A light blue/turquoise Raleigh Pioneer Elite men’s bike. Had a Bike Register sticker on the frame with a QR code but that hadn’t been registered. There was a silver metal bottle holder attached to the frame. On the left handlebar, the black rubber grip didn’t cover the end of the handlebar. The right pedal was slightly damaged where your foot should rest. They were standard pedals - not over feet or clip on. There was a black plastic thing on the right side of the handlebar for the front light to be affixed.
