Red rear reflector underneath saddle. Saddle says 'Activ' on it in white. Vertical bar underneath saddle says 'Glendale' in white. Bottom diagonal shaft says 'Activ' in white. D-lock bracket attached to bottom diagonal shaft.

Theft Description
<span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #1f2025; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">My bicycle was chained to the bicycle parking rack on Chadwick Street, SW1P 2EP, directly opposite the entrance to the Jobcentre Plus, from 09:30 on 14/09/2017. When I returned to my bicycle at 18:30 the same day it was gone. The metal bicycle chain I had used to lock it to the rack was lying on the floor, having been severed. My colleague had also parked her bike at the rack, and returned to her bicycle at 16:30. She cannot recall whether my bicycle was there at 16:30 but certainly did not notice the broken chain lying on the floor (it was very prominent). So the bicycle is likely to have been stolen between 16:30 and 18:30. The incident occurred directly outside the Jobcentre Plus. </span>
