the bike was parked outside the children’s nursery on gordon road. One lad dumped a bike down a lane whilst the other jumped on the radwagon and collected his friend. They headed off in the direction of newport road. I chased them and they nearly ran over some people queuing on the bus stop but they made off with the bike.
