Theft Description
22 January 2024 08:22-08:26PM CCTV Footage is not reset from BST, therefore shows one hour ahead. The person walking up from the right side front of The Conservatoire towards the hallway between the two buildings (The Conservatoire & Blackheath Halls), he then checks if there is anyone around and started twisting the chain until it's tight enough to split it with a metal rod. Chain broke off, threw it and my child seat on the ground, then he cycles away with my bike without the battery power, turning left towards Lee. He appeared to have long legs, wearing khaki trousers and a beanie hat, but I'm not sure.
