Theft Description

Locked outside 'Taste of Asia' with 5 other bikes. Suspicious guy came in asking for people to unlock bikes because his was underneath. In hindsight he wanted to take more than one as some were locked with stronger locks than others. Mid way through the meal a small white van similar to a Kangoo pulled up for a minute then sped off. Restaurant owners said the guy lived in the flats above.
