Theft Description

I would like to report a road bike stolen on 12/08/17 between the hours of 11.38am and 11.42am by two people next to Q park in Tower bridge. The two thief's came by and cut the motorcycle chain securing my bike, one rode off with the bike one direction while the other on a scooter rode in the opposite direction to confuse. It's a very unique road bike and quite expensive. I believe the people who live in the local council estates may be responsible. As we had a similar instance a year ago where we managed to relocate and recover a Bike that was stolen at nearby estate in Druid street.
