04.48 am. 2 males. 1 white, 1 black. This bike was secured with a Kryptonite and Hiplock. Secured to a parking information sign post. The thieves removed the parking info plate at the top of post and pushed the bike over the top of the pole. Bike was carried off as both locks still attached
