Bike Description
The bike was one month old- black with blue lettering on the frame saying "Pinnacle"; the rubber casing on the left side of the handlebar was loose; 8 gears; large men's bike; no pannier rackTheft Description
The bike was double-locked to a disabled parking sign- the thieves unlocked the sign and lifted the bike over the top. They most likely had a van or a car to transport the bike.
