Bike Description
My bicycle is a Pinnacle Lithium, black, and I have registered it with the met so it has a sticker and the invisible number. The frame number is FC20402067. The lock is a Kryptonite series 2. I also had a green fluorescent helmet attached to itTheft Description
I have moved in to Randolph avenue recently. For the past week I have been locking my bicycle to a parking-information pole close to my entrance. The pole is around 2.5m tall and has a parking-information sign on top. Next to it is a street light pole.I always used a very secure lock which locks both the front and back wheel to the pole.
Between Saturday and Sunday (11-12th August), probably during the night, someone unscrewed the sign from the top of the pole, took the sign off, and lifted the bicycle until it cleared the pole. I assume it was at least 2 persons or more because it would be heavy for one person to lift the bicycle, and the sign on the top was difficult to reach to unscrew. The location was well lit so they might have had a look-out crew.
Last time I saw my bicycle there for sure was on Saturday around 16h, and I realised it is gone today (Sunday) around 14h. I went out on Saturday evening around 21h and came back around 1AM but I did not pay attention whether the bicycle was still there.
