Theft Description

Bicycle got stolen on 9th December, from Roman Rd, E3 at 20:25 by a group of three white men - full crime scene footage recorder on CCTV. The bike was parked in front of the restaurant address: 496 Roman Rd, Bow, London E3 5LU. Thieves cut off the cable (two bicycles were chained together, the second one was left as had a d-lock around the frame). The bike has a sentimental value, I am willing to pay a reward for additional information.
