Bike is new with standard pedals, front mudguard attached to the down tube, rear mudguard attached to the seat tube.Theft Description
The bike was stolen from a bike room within an underground car park Lochrin Quay that is restricted to residents only (key fob entry). Presumably they couldn't get through the lock (ABus Granite 53) so they cut the metal frame to which the bike was attached.
