Theft Description
The bike was stolen from the closed underground parking in St James Walk apartment house (next to Waitrose) in Cheltenham. The security cable was cut using the wire/bolt cutter. None of the bikes around (plenty of those) was touched, which suggests that the criminal knew what he/she is after. The approximate theft time is in between 9 am and 6 pm.
